JuiceTiva’s process begins at our Certified Organic farm in Imperial Valley, California, where premium hemp plants are grown with care and natural sunshine.
JuiceTiva Farm is the largest and only certified organic hemp farm in California. Our initial organic 40-acre field supplies high-quality hemp leaves and flowers used in every batch.
We cultivate industrial hemp with lab-certified 0% THC.
Leaves and flowers are hand-selected and harvested at peak phytochemical expression—capturing their full cannabinoid, chlorophyll, and nutrient potential.
High Pressure Cold-Pressing
Immediately after harvest, the fresh plant matter is transported to the juicing facility to prevent degradation and ensure maximum retention of bioactive compounds.
By cold-pressing at peak freshness, we are able to extract raw, living juice.
Unlike traditional oil-based extractions or emulsified concentrates, this process uses no heat, solvents, or additives of any kind.
This juice is then transformed into a crystalline, ready-to-mix powder without ever compromising its integrity.
8-Stage Freeze-Drying
Once pressed, the raw juice undergoes JuiceTiva’s proprietary 8-stage freeze-drying process — a multi-phase lyophilization method engineered to preserve sensitive bio-active compounds that would otherwise degrade.
Rather than using high-heat drying like spray-drying, this cold and controlled process sublimates water directly from ice, stabilizing key compounds like vitamin C, terpenes, and flavonoids.
The final result is a shelf-stable, highly soluble, nutrient-rich powder that captures the full spectrum of the original living plant.
